Therapeutic Care and Support

SGS Care Ltd provides a range of therapeutic services to support the needs of our residents. As a Therapeutic Care Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to implement care plans, provide individualized support, and collaborate with professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our young people.


This role requires a minimum of one year's experience in a childcare setting, including child protection procedures and residential childcare. A UK driving licence is also essential for this role.


Salary and Job Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, inclusive of up to three sleep-ins per month. Additional sleep-ins are paid at £60 each. Overtime opportunities are available to increase your earnings further.


Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum one year's experience in a childcare setting, including child protection procedures and residential childcare
  • UK driving licence
