North East, United Kingdom For Baby's Sake Full time
For Baby's Sake is an innovative, therapeutic programme. We are recruiting four THERAPEUTIC PRACTITIONERS to deliver our trauma-informed programme in a new Regional Team in the North East of England. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a hybrid of online and face-to-face sessions across the region.

The programme focuses on supporting co-parents individually, adopting an attachment-focused parenting approach that enhances the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure. We work with families where there must be a current pregnancy, with a desire on behalf of both parents to co-parent their unborn baby. Our team adopts a recovery framework to overcome the devastating effects of domestic abuse in their relationship. We acknowledge and explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma and change harmful patterns of behaviour to develop a home environment where children can flourish.

We offer a full-time permanent contract with occasional travel to locations across the UK. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
