Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to provide regular reports to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
