Sales Operations Manager for EMEAL Region

We're looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our EMEAL region team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Strategy, and IT departments to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and procedure adherence.
  • Drive Team Performance: Foster a high-performance culture and improve team effectiveness by driving productivity and meeting/exceeding performance targets.
  • Own Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the annual planning process for EMEAL, including sales quota setting, territory design, headcount planning, and related tasks.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and shape the future of cybersecurity sales operations. If you have a strong background in Sales Operations, Planning, and Finance or a similar field, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, and Finance or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to drive results and execute strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience in the B2B software industry is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
