As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a mix of traditional building surveying and project management across various sectors, including education, social housing, local authorities, property development, and more.

  • Take on refurbishment projects worth £50,000 to £2,000,000
  • Manage traditional and D&B new build and refurbishment projects
  • Foster client relationships and administer contracts
  • Prepare comprehensive tender packages
  • Conduct thorough building surveys, including FRAEW & EWS1
  • Deliver professional reports, including schedules of condition and dilapidation reports
  • Set an example and assist junior team members

With a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably in a multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will possess a BSc in Building Surveying or a related field, Chartered status (MRICS or similar), strong knowledge of building regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
