About the Role

As a Career Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, identifying top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Job Description:
  • Source and interview candidates for various roles across different industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to negotiating job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system.
Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
What We Offer:
