Ribbons & Reeves are proud to be working with an Ofsted rated Outstanding Primary School in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, who are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in Education. As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to support young children in their learning, communication, and development.

You will be working alongside brilliant Primary School Teachers, providing help on a whole class, small group, and 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting children with mixed abilities, including SEN needs.

The successful applicant will hold a core subject degree from a top UK University, although child-centred experience is not necessary. This role offers specialised on-the-job training, making it an excellent starting point for a career in Education.

  • Estimated salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum

About the Role:

This KS1 Teaching Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in getting into Teaching, with class-based experience. You will be responsible for providing academic support to pupils, as well as assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of the school's teaching team, helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
