Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders, quotations, and internal purchase orders
- First point of contact via telephone and email, taking ownership or resolution
- Support the Customer Service Manager during absence
- General ad-hoc administration/data handling
- Administrator or similar experience
- Background in Customer Service/Account Management
- Commutable to Rhyl
