Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders, quotations, and internal purchase orders
  • First point of contact via telephone and email, taking ownership or resolution
  • Support the Customer Service Manager during absence
  • General ad-hoc administration/data handling
Requirements:
  • Administrator or similar experience
  • Background in Customer Service/Account Management
  • Commutable to Rhyl
