Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our growing contracts division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting the Contracts Manager in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to clients via virtual meetings and email correspondence
- Manage the escalation/complaints inbox, determining client needs and resolving issues
- Conduct report writing, present data, and coordinate with the scheduling team
- Perform general administration tasks, including updating systems and tracking KPIs
- Support the Contracts Manager during absence and provide ad-hoc assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Administrator or similar experience
- Background in Customer Service or Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
