About the Role
  • Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care, supporting individuals with complex needs, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people with Severe Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Care
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
  4. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including behavior management strategies
Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification (training can be provided)
  • Safeguarding training and additional qualifications as required
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and overnight shifts
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on individuals' lives
