About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Tower Hamlets Children's Learning Academy. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing learning and workforce development programs across Early Help, Youth Services, Youth Justice, and Youth Services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current best practice in learning and development, as well as experience of delivering a range of learning methods such as group training, coaching, mentoring, and one-to-one support.

You will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of our workforce, as well as evaluate the impact of your work and make recommendations for improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement learning and workforce development programs across Early Help, Youth Services, Youth Justice, and Youth Services.
  • Design and deliver a range of learning methods such as group training, coaching, mentoring, and one-to-one support.
  • Evaluate the impact of your work and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of our workforce.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective learning and practice improvement.
