Administrative Support Specialist

Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd is working with an established education-based client to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team at their site near East Grinstead. This is a full-time role working 45 weeks of the year.
Key Benefits- Competitive salary of £25,100 per annum (based on a 45-week working year)
- Full-time permanent role with 7 weeks' holiday per year, taken during school holiday periods
- Monday to Friday working hours, with a 16:30 finish on Fridays
- Role based in a rural location, requiring a driver with their own transport
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support, including telephone cover and message services, processing mail, and purchasing supplies
- Ensuring attendance registers are completed daily and up-to-date
- Maintaining pupil records
- Supporting the Business Manager in recruitment and day-to-day premises management
- Assisting with document retention and general correspondence
- Contributing to Health & Safety requirements across the site
- Due to the rural location, a driver with their own transport is essential
- Good computer skills and administrative experience
- Ability to take holidays outside of school term times
