About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare's Ann House service in Kendal. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless.
  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services, prioritizing duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Help create a positive culture and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
