Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Based on industry standards and location, this estimated salary range reflects the value of this position. As a Senior Associate Strategic Planning, you will play a key role in supporting project management, operational activities, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management support, including annual face-to-face meetings and special departmental cross-functional projects.
  • Support functional communication plans, creating memos for functional heads and overseeing distribution.
  • Meeting management, including all-staff meetings, leadership team meetings, and cross-functional gatherings.
  • Business operations support, encompassing document updates, budget tracking, goals development, and staff engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word)
  • Change management experience
  • Budget and project management skills preferred
  • Biopharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Understanding of clinical trial execution principles
  • Strong computer literacy and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate matrix environments and learn quickly
