Job Summary

Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Performance and Planning Expert to join our team in London. This is a pivotal role working closely with reinsurance brokers and senior executives to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue growth, profitability, and market share;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes;
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification to inform business decisions;
  • Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a management consulting or corporate setting;
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and improving business outcomes;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
