About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team at Chambers London Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Take a lead in building and expanding client portfolios through effective prospecting, lead generation, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and features of our financial market data products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to gather client feedback and communicate market trends to improve our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports, including sales forecasts, account updates, and performance metrics, to monitor client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with another technology vendor
  • 2/3 years of experience in a similar sector
  • Experience of enterprise licensing is a nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
