Requirements

  • Computer-based training and recording software skills, including SuccessFactors LMS, LinkedIn Learning, and Microsoft suite.

  • Administration and management knowledge, including business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively identify and problem-solve challenges as they arise.
  • Broad knowledge of construction and the industry.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to understand logical connections between activities and question ideas and assumptions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to assess, prioritize, and manage a varied and demanding workload.
  • Initiative and drive, including the ability to work independently without close direction and use judgment about when to escalate or engage with others.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in training or a related function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
