About the Role

Caterham Cars is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Motorsport Championship Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with our championship coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to our competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the organization, administration, and project management of Caterham racing events, including communication with competitors and event management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our competitors, ensuring they have a positive experience with our team.
  • Work closely with the championship coordinator to deliver the Caterham Academy program, which provides opportunities for novice drivers to develop their skills.
  • Contribute to the success of our events by being proactive, flexible, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Outgoing, confident, and friendly, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Passionate about motorsport and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and written communication, with a natural ability to herd cats.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and extensive travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.
