Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with Sisters of the Holy Cross, in their search for a part-time Grants Administrator. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable charity and contribute to its mission by managing grants effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all applications for grants, assessing initial proposals and liaising with grant applicants at all stages of the process.
  • Present full, completed applications to the Trustees three times a year.
  • Monitor the use of grants by successful applicants, requesting written reports and reviewing information received.

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, requiring 16 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work from home and occasional visits to the Convent in Bucks. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of grants management and previous experience working with a grants management system.

Requirements:

  • A proven working knowledge of grants management functions and duties involved.
  • Previous experience working within a grant making environment, with administrative experience in the same or related field.
  • The ability to work to deadlines, be highly organized, and prioritize workloads effectively.
