Senior Bartender at The Standard London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team at The Standard London. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the bar area, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar area, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling payments
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, including classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional service and achieving sales targets
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, including classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
