Senior Bartender [Double Standard]

At The Standard London, we're seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks service across our ground floor bars, restaurants, and terraces.

You'll be based in our Double Standard bar and garden, where you'll serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers, and seasonal specials. Your passion for service, combined with a deep appreciation of quality drinks, will guide you in making recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

We're looking for a host who can make our guests feel welcome, while also being highly social, upbeat, and friendly. You'll thrive in a busy, high-volume environment and be able to manage multiple tasks and guests with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional drinks service across our ground floor bars, restaurants, and terraces
  • Serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers, and seasonal specials
  • Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Manage multiple tasks and guests in a busy, high-volume environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender
  • Ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests
  • Confident mixologist with a proven knowledge of spirits
  • Highly social, motivated, and pro-active
