About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team at The Standard London. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team and ensure excellent service standards are maintained
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions
  • Manage inventory and maintain high standards of stock control
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide training and development opportunities for junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Bartender in a high-volume bar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of service
