Job Title: Head Bartender - Double Standard

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for leading our bartenders to deliver exceptional service and create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of bartenders to provide an extensive drinks service across our ground floor bars, restaurants, and terraces.
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our chefs to create seasonal specials and menus that showcase our unique offerings.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the bar operation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and products.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Cocktail Bartender in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, with a strong understanding of the latest trends in the London bar scene.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to work weekends and late nights.
