Head Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead our team at the London EDITION, a luxury lifestyle hotel that embodies great design and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and bar, while also driving sales and revenue growth through exceptional beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairing menus and promotions that showcase the hotel's culinary offerings
  • Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel's beverage program remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through exceptional beverage offerings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, as well as food pairing principles
