We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' health conditions and disabilities, providing unbiased and personalized services.
As a Clinical Assessor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, assessing their physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments. You will also be required to manage caseloads from start to finish, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.
Job Benefits- A competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per year
- A 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
- An OTE of £45,650
- Full-time and part-time working hours available
- 12 weeks' training (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
- 25 days' holiday per annum, rising to 27 days with service

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified background as a Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- At least 1 year's post-qualification experience
- Valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
