**Operations Manager Opportunity**


We're seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our complex care services team. As an integral part of our office in St Helens, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in overseeing and delivering healthcare services. A natural talent for leadership and a strong ability to manage people will be essential in this role.


You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by managing a team of dedicated professionals who work closely together to provide high-quality care packages for our service users.


**Key Responsibilities and Challenges Include:**



  • Managing the escalation of accidents, incidents, and complaints
  • Recruiting and retaining care staff to assist service users who require complex care packages
  • Establishing and maintaining robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Meeting budget goals and managing office-related costs
  • Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Supervising the introduction of new complex packages safely
  • Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision
  • Transitioning to the role of Registered Manager after a successful probation period

We offer a competitive salary between £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, plus a substantial quarterly bonus. Our benefits package includes 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, an extra day off on your birthday, a substantial Bonus Scheme, and access to private healthcare following successful completion of a 6-month probation.
