Role Summary:

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for inspiring, coaching, and supporting our clients to get the most out of our products. You will work closely with our Strategic Account Managers to develop and implement success plans, ensuring our clients meet their social value goals.

  • Drive utilization and value from our products, providing clients with industry insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client information and track key performance indicators to manage success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized success plans to meet client objectives

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

• Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and post-sale account management

• Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

• Competitive salary of £28-38k base (depending on experience) + an additional £20k OTE
