About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Business Change Leader to join our team at Randstad Technologies Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Architecture & Design: Develop and implement integrated operating models, incorporating people, processes, and technology to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Operational Improvement: Review and enhance existing working practices, focusing on organizational design and efficiency to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Process Management: Lead the development and implementation of Target Operating Models and process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital, data, and technology professionals, as well as operational and functional experts to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Change Management: Drive significant changes to improve regulatory effectiveness and operational efficiency, ensuring better experiences for both the public and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven background in business architecture, organizational design, and end-to-end process improvement, with experience in developing Target Operating Models and working on business transformation projects.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in process mapping, process improvement, continuous improvement, and requirements gathering, with a focus on business change and operational excellence.
  • Digital & Regulatory Experience: Preferably some experience in digital transformation and/or regulatory environments, with knowledge of MS Dynamics desirable but not essential.
  • Qualifications: Security clearance (BPSS) is required.
What We're Looking For

We are not seeking project managers. Ideal candidates will have senior business analyst experience or a strong background in business architecture. The role requires a focus on business change, end-to-end process design, and improvement.
