Opportunity for a Clinical Specialist in Head and Neck

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Head and Neck Team as a Band 6 Clinical Specialist for a seconded period of 12 months. This is a full-time post, but part-time applicants will be considered for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage of Head and Neck patients
  • Development and adjustment of current triage modules within the Trust
  • Working with clinic teams to deliver an overall service
  • Collaboration with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
  • Participation in peer review and patient feedback programmes to improve experience
About the Role

This is a newly created post, and the successful candidate will be expected to work with the CNS's, Clinic and Medical team in the development of the service. Some experience of project management will be advantageous.
