  • We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead our Building Control team at Job Switch Ltd.

  • Maintenance of Chartered status (MRICS or MCABE) is required for this role.
  • You will be responsible for policy creation, guidance development, and building regulation application processing and support.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Building Control projects from inception to completion, negotiating complex technical solutions and managing a team of surveyors.
  • Providing expert technical advice to local authorities and commissioning structural and fire safety specialists on complex projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Chartered status (MRICS or MCABE) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in building control, preferably in a local authority environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. This role also offers an attractive package of benefits, including excellent career growth opportunities.
