Job Description

As an SHEQ Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our safety record, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of environmental responsibility within our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, generous pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement environmental policies and strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Safety Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or related field
  • Proven track record of implementing safety initiatives and reducing accident rates
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
