We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Job Switch Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building control projects meet the necessary standards and regulations.

  • We work closely with local authorities to ensure that all building control projects meet the necessary standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing building control projects from conception to completion.
  • Inspecting buildings to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Developing policies and guidance to ensure consistency across all building control projects.
  • Acting as an expert witness in respect of enforcement of building regulations.
  • Commissioning the use of structural and fire safety specialists on complex projects.

Requirements:

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Association of Building Engineers is essential.
  • The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
