Construction Compliance Specialist

This Construction Compliance Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of BluetownOnline Ltd. Our team provides nationwide compliance services across the UK, ensuring buildings meet the required standards.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct tests on new and existing buildings at client sites using specialist equipment and reporting software
- Demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations requirements and similar
- Liaise with clients and site management to present findings and provide advisory services as required
- Analyze results and produce findings in accordance with company and regulatory reporting procedures
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition and report any faults or repair requirements
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team player with a dynamic and flexible approach
Requirements
- A university-level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- A clean driving license is required
- Excellent diagnostic skills, including investigative, problem-identification, and solution skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Confident and assertive communication skills with the ability to positively influence, persuade, and build rapport
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a collaborative team player
- Commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Customer-focused approach with the aim to deliver excellent service
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literate
