We are seeking an exceptional Apprentice Hire & Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at GAP Group LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This 2-year Apprenticeship Programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become a highly skilled HSC. You will learn how to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing, driving sales and managing customer queries effectively whilst co-ordinating drivers to ensure customers' needs are met.

You'll also study everything from customer service and sales skills to back office administration and credit control of a high-performing hire desk.

Salary and Benefits:

As an Apprentice Hire & Sales Co-ordinator, you can expect a competitive salary of £14,200 per annum (for those over 18) or £13,000 per annum (for those under 18). Additionally, you'll enjoy up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, the option to buy up to 5 days additional leave, a contributory Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Welfare Fund, Cycle to Work Scheme, Health & Wellness initiatives, and more.

Requirements:

  • 4 National 4's OR GCSE's Grades C/D
  • A keen interest in customer service and sales
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and IT skills
