ML is seeking a Business Change Director to lead a major acquiring transformation for a leading financial services technology giant. The ideal candidate will have experience in payments/card acquiring and have led major business transformations.

About the Role

As a Business Change Director, you will be responsible for managing internal delivery of various workstreams – IT Security/Development/Testing/Training/Operations/Business Solutions etc. You will also manage a team of Project managers and Workstream Leads for the Programme with the objective of delivering quality products that meet client's business and operational objectives while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.

The estimated salary for this role is £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary for someone with your skills and experience, and it reflects the importance of this role in delivering successful business change.

In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, private health insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal delivery of various workstreams – IT Security/Development/Testing/Training/Operations/Business Solutions etc.
  • Manage team of Project managers and Workstream Leads for the Programme.
  • Create and manage High Level and detailed project plan identifying critical path, key dependencies.
  • Key contact point for the client – help with client's plan, identify risks and dependencies and find ways of mitigating them.
