Railpen Limited, a leading pension administration company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join its Change and Transformation team in London.

About the Role

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of Railpen's members, sections, and stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to drive project delivery, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and met within established time, cost, and quality parameters.

You will work closely with the Change and Transformation team to identify, monitor, and control project risks. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and engaging them throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering projects that align with industry standards and governance. You will possess exceptional project management and planning skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of project management methods and principles.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in line with project standards and governance.
  • Exceptional project management and planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of project management methods and principles.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.

Railpen Limited offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
