Job Title: Health and Social Care Educator
KM Recruitment, a leading UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Social Care Educator to join their team.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.
Requirements:
- Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET.
- Ideally have experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care at Level 5.
- Hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent.
- Hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager.
- Confident to deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.
