nGenium is an exciting manufacturer of leading chemistry equipment experiencing growth. We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with extensive experience performing installations, service, maintenance, and repair of biotechnology and scientific instruments in the Cambridgeshire area.

Job Description:

This Field Service Engineer position involves:

  • Installing, and commissioning high-tech chemistry equipment
  • Performing maintenance, service, and repair to OEM training guidelines
  • Building relationships with clients delivering excellent customer service and advising them on their equipment
  • Providing technical support via phone calls and email
  • Site-based work with travel across the UK and occasional international trips

Required Skills:

  • Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • 2+ years Field Service experience working on laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment
  • Full clean driving license and unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Educational background in a scientific or engineering field
