We are seeking an experienced Chemistry Scientist to join our team at The One Group in Cambridge. As a leading expert in synthetic or medicinal chemistry, you will play a vital role in driving innovation in scientific instrumentation and contributing to the development of world-class products.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing scientific guidance to our R&D team, sourcing new product ideas, and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners. You will also engage with the scientific community to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in chemistry and its applications.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £66,000, as well as benefits such as flexible working options, 25 days annual leave, and a bonus scheme.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing new product strategies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and launch new products
  • Engaging with the scientific community to identify emerging trends and opportunities
