Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-quality, hands-on support service that promotes independence and personal growth.
  • Encourage customers to develop daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and community engagement.
  • Foster social inclusion and help customers build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.
  • Work collaboratively with statutory and non-statutory agencies to ensure customer choice and involvement.
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A caring and approachable nature, with a confident 'can-do' attitude.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records and effectively communicate information to colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • A positive and accepting approach towards customers with diverse needs.
  • Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
