Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Professional to join our team at Pertemps Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer journeys are smooth and successful by providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Accurately and promptly input customer orders onto company databases
• Assist with providing quotations
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure the smooth running of orders and inform customers of any delays
• Follow up calls to customers, identifying potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships and be knowledgeable on new and existing products
• Provide regular reports

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience within a similar role
• Good level of numeracy and IT skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident in providing excellent customer service
