Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team, promoting interdisciplinary relationships and displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with patients' families and carers to discuss care and condition, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and comply with NMC Professional Registration requirements.

Requirements- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
