About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting timesheets from contractors, processing orders on our internal computer system, and answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as being fully computer literate. You should also be able to work effectively in a small office environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
