The Role

As a Support Worker Days, you will be working at Victoria House, a Good-rated assessment centre that provides accommodation, support, and care for people with brain injury and complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Residents

You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence, and enabling them to achieve their personal goals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to our residents.

Requirements

  • Empathy and Patience

You will need to have genuine empathy for our residents, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through the difficult times of their rehabilitation.
