Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker for a permanent position in their Adult Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team. The full-time role is based in Hull and offers a salary of up to £36,648 per annum.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, determine eligibility, and assess risk to ensure effective care and support for individuals.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, other agencies, and vulnerable adults and families through critical reflection and constructive challenge.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and practice forums to ensure focused and purposeful social work.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals who have specific communication needs, including learning disability, dementia, lack of capacity, and sensory impairment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex and high-risk cases to make informed professional decisions.
  • Represent the team in court as required for specific cases.
