About the Role

This rewarding position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, each with unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that cater to individual needs and preferences
    • Providing emotional support and guidance to residents, their families, and caregivers
    • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of up to £13.50 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata), access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and opportunities for career development and training.
