Rehabilitation Support Worker

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker at Brainkind, you'll form strong relationships with our residents, providing them with the support and care they need to recover from brain injuries. You'll work closely with our trained staff to develop tailored support plans, helping our residents to regain the skills they've lost and live the life they want to live.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Assist with activities and therapies to help residents regain skills and independence
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
