About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding firm as a Business Development Manager, spearheading their attack on the Pharmacy market in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeting multi-site pharmacy customers in your chosen territory
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Sourcing self-generated leads and collaborating with the sales team

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £40,000 with a host of ancillary benefits
  • Incentives, Pension, and Healthcare
  • OTE of £65,000 in year one

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the pharmacy, primary care, or Hospital sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
