About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate/Fellow to join our Nutritional Neuroimaging Research Group at the University of Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented researcher to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of neuroimaging and sensory science.

The successful candidate will be responsible for employing advanced MRI techniques and data analysis tools to investigate the effects of diabetes on sweet taste and gut-brain signalling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data analysis pipelines.
  • Conduct research using MRI techniques to investigate the impact of diabetes on brain function.
  • Collaborate with the research team to design and implement studies.
Requirements:
  • PhD in neuroimaging or a related field (or close to completion).
  • Previous experience in developing MRI analysis pipelines for functional and/or structural data.
  • A proven track record of publishing research.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum).
