Job Description:

This role involves managing relationships from initial contact to client conversion, collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure exceptional support. You will engage with prospective clients through multiple channels, identify and assess each client's legal needs, and provide consultative guidance on our legal services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent law graduate (LLB or equivalent) or experience in a solicitor's practice or the service industry.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to track interactions consistently.
